PERFECT ATMOSPHERE FOR PROTEST IN FERGUSON

 

They’re BACK and two police officers have been shot.

Wednesday, March 11, 2015 the weather was mild, perfect  atmosphere for the protesters to hit the streets of Ferguson, Missouri.   Ferguson, violent protester’s capital of the United States.

Protesters assembled outside the Ferguson police department from the results of the DOJ report to raise their voices against the police department and city officials; well lets just call the feds definition of a totally corrupt system.

The protesters got the report they wanted to hear.  Officials of Ferguson are resigning left and right, but apparently not quick enough for the community.   Those who showed up want the entire Ferguson police department removed, and they may get their wish.

The police chief has resigned and there is now a nationwide search for his replacement.   GOOD LUCK WITH THAT!

Shortly after a scuffle, two shots were fired, one hitting a St. Louis County officer in the shoulder and a Webster Groves officer was hit in the face.   Both officers were rushed to a hospital with non-life threatening wounds.

Ferguson, is it fixable?   You can not fix racial problems with racist leadership at any level.    The Obama administration has thrown fuel on the fire of racial relations/tension and divide to a point it may never improve.     I don’t think segregation would be the answer either.    It hasn’t worked in areas where they have it, as far as ending violence.   Is there an answer? Only God knows!

 

WHO WANTS TO BE A COP IN FERGUSON?

You couldn’t pay me enough to be an officer of the law these days.  A few bad apples have made it more difficult for everyone else, which seems too often the case across the board in everyday living.

We want to recruit “better” qualified, unbiased people, young people.  With the disrespect that even our best receive from us, how many will leave for other professions?  It’s a problem, and we aren’t helping the matter.

Ferguson?  Who in their right mind would want to be a cop in Ferguson?   The people want to recruit more black cops.  With the black on black killing being so high (the high majority of the killings), why would a black man or woman want to be a police officer in Ferguson or anywhere in the St. Louis area.  Could being black raise the odds of you being killed, mostly likely by another black?

It’s a problem!

OFFICER SHOT IN FERGUSON, MO

Saturday night a Ferguson, Missouri a police officer was shot in the arm as he interrupted an apparent burglary near the community center.  The suspect, a black male in dreadlocks is still at large.

The officer’s injury is not life threatening, but he was being treated at a local hospital.  The burglary attempt and shooting does not appear to be associated with additional protests this week, but is being further investigated as authorities continue to search for the suspect.
