TRUMP like an Ali punching bag

Donald Trump has certainly been punched on lately like a Muhammad Ali punching bag.  The jabs are coming from every direction.   Trump, like that old bag, is hanging around and taking it.  Not much wear showing, like it was made to be pounded to show its/his toughness.  He knows he is going to get hit in response to his own swings and jabs.

The punches are coming from the left and the right, to no surprise.  The left, and Hillary Clinton are throwing everything they’ve got at Trump, looking for a knock down…..too early in the bout to expect a knock out.  Trump won’t go down easy.  He’ll go to his corner and come back fighting.

Hillary beating on the Donald, trying desperately to make him look weak and unfit.  She is attempting to make Trump look like the devil himself, the Joker while conning us into believing in her fake angelic image.

Hillary is in trouble, even if she is too arrogant to know it.   Her corner knows it…..they’re helping her stand up, but not sure how long they can keep her in the ring.   All these punches thrown are a distraction for Trump, his supporters and uncommitted.  Hillary’s problems with the FBI and the national security issue with her email use won’t go away (let alone her history of scandals and unlawfulness).  They are far more serious than Trump ridiculing a judge.  The law suit against is civil, not criminal.   Hillary Clinton’s acts are criminal and treasonous.  Taking money from foreign governments, leaders and corporations for favors and selling out your own country is treason.

ARLIN REPORT THOUGHT OF THE DAY: ALI

Hundreds, thousands will post and write about Muhammad Ali today and for years to come.   Why repeat here, what everyone else is and will be saying about this legend except my personal perspective:

Sometimes, I didn’t like him much.   Loved him in the Olympics.   Loved him knocking out Sonny Liston.  Didn’t like him beating “Smokin Joe Frazier.   I liked Frazier.  In the beginning hated his action (not the man) for “dodging” the draft; thought he became a Muslim to use the religion to keep him out of the military.   Took a few years to realize he was sincere about his belief.

Muhammad Ali never “dodged” the draft like he dodged punches from his challengers.  He took the punches, never ran.  He fought it, stood up to the battle.   Muhammad Ali never ran from anyone or anything.

Parkinson’s Disease did not beat Muhammad Ali, it was his final round, the final bell.
