7 SIMPLE TIPS WHEN CONFRONTED BY A COP

Protesters in NYC were chanting for “Dead Cops”.  How smart is that, really?  There has and probably always will be a bad, stupid cop somewhere in the law enforcement system.  It isn’t unlike any other profession or sector of our society.   There are bad doctors, bad bankers, lawyers, it goes on and on; hell you may even have bad neighbors.  Those sexual child molester’s are living somewhere.   We don’t take to the streets to protest when a child is beaten to death and chant “Dead Perverts”.

If you or your son don’t want to be beaten or killed by a cop then use your head.   Here are some simple tips that seem to work:

1.  Don’t flash a gun around a cop real or a toy; it will keep you from being shot (don’t point your sandwich like it’s a gun either).

2. Don’t physically attack a cop.   If he can’t control you or he feels threatened (IN ANY WAY), he may pull his gun and shoot your foolish ass.

3. Don’t argue, do what you are ask…..okay maybe told or ordered.  Take it up later while you are still alive.  It’s okay to ask, “What is wrong officer?  What did I do?”

4. Follow their direction, if they say move on, move on.  Again, don’t argue…..take it up later.

5. Don’t get into a verbal argument, don’t get the cops blood rushing, once again, take it up later.

6. Answer any  questions they ask honestly and politely, if you need a lawyer, shut up and tell them politely, you want a lawyer.   They get that………usually; it will depend on your attitude.

7.  This is important:   BE BETTER THAN THEM.

Not even a bad cop will just pull his gun and shoot you for the hell of it.

One last point on Michael Brown I hope to ever make or repeat:   Michael Brown is dead because he attacked a cop.   If Michael Brown had cooperated, the worse that would have happened is he would have got taken in for stealing cigars.

BE SMARTER THAN MICHAEL BROWN!

Like anything there will always be the exception, but these tips will work more than not………I’d give it a 97% effective rate.

100 U.S. TANKS MOVING AGAINST RUSSIA

Did you hear about this?   Good chance you didn’t; we’ve been preoccupied with Michael Brown and now Mr. Garner.   But you need to know what else our government is up to.   Are we engaging in more war activity or is this just for show?   Somehow, I don’t think its enough to really scare Putin?    Check this article on the link below.

Our government loves keeping us distracted……so they can sneak by us.

MICHAEL BROWN’S PARENTS THE GREAT PRETENDERS

Embedded image permalink

This is how I see it, and is my opinion, which I am expressing here, all within my freedom of speech.

There are many opportunists in Ferguson, Missouri these days, none greater than those who should be the most caring.  Twisted truth started long before that early afternoon on August 9 of this year, when Michael Brown was killed by a police officer, during a physical confrontation.

Michael Brown was a bully, as we saw on the convenience store video.   Sorry folks, pictures, especially motion pictures, do not lie.  Behavior is learned, starting at birth.   From some of the actions we have learned from Lesley McSpadden in particular, Michael had a good teacher.

It is sad a young man died so early in life.  Michael’s grandmother Pearlie Gordon was possibly the only positive caring adult in Michael’s life, that gave him a chance to make something of himself.  We won’t ever know how much of an influence Pearlie really made.

Michael’s mother is being investigated for attacking and stealing from members of her own family.   Lesley McSpadden is not the caring mother she has so pretended to be, she is an opportunist.  Lesley is no different from the rioters, looters and arsonists in Ferguson.  Lesley learned somewhere in her own life how to milk the system, society.

Michael Brown’s destiny began long before he met then Officer Darren Wilson.   The real story, one young life is dead and another’s ruined; and their path began 18 years ago.

STL RAMS SUPPORT PROTESTERS PRIOR TO GAME

Featured Image

As a St. Louis Rams season ticket holder I was in attendance for Sundays game against the Oakland Raiders.   I did not learn of the five player’s “hands-up don’t shoot” gesture in support of protesters and rioters in the Michael Brown Worldwide Spectacle until well after the game.  I was not paying attention to the beginning of the introductions when they came on the field, I only saw them shortly after they had dropped their arms.   I know their hands were up, the photo is proof.  To the five players, gentlemen, what proof do you have that Michael Brown had his arms raised?  You have none!   The evidence presented to the Grand Jury indicated Michael Brown’s arms were not up.

Whether you agree with the Grand Jury decision or not; for the Rams players to demonstrate their support of the protesters was highly inappropriate as they were introduced before a crowd of fans.  The players are representatives of their team, the Rams organization.   They were at their place of employment, they were on the job, they were there to play football.   Are the fans to assume the Rams organization supports the position of the protesters?   They had five representatives making a statement.  If it is their personal feelings and expression, they should do it on their own time, not company time.  It was inappropriate and insulting to the police and security at the game.

Had I seen this demonstration, I would have walked out of the game, before it even started.

MICHAEL BROWN PROTESTERS TARGETING HOSPITALS

Featured Image -- 1520

I have read the target list the Michael Brown protesters,  agitators made public.   I realize that intimidation is a tactic often used by terrorists groups.  That is what they are becoming or have become.  Maybe they can still determine that by how they present themselves in the coming days.   I don’t have confidence they will show much dignity however, and apparently neither does our Governor.

Protesters stated weeks ago if Darren Wilson was not arrested, rioting and looting to follow would be unlike anything seen in St. Louis, without any regards to the officer’s innocence or guilt.  Recently, the protesters have stated “looting and violence can not be ruled out; that violence and looting is a tool for those without a voice.”  So, that being said these disturbance agitators can be labeled as riot organizers.  Protesting is one thing, anything beyond that with the “tools” they intend to use is rioting and criminal.  Governor Nixon took their word for it, he doesn’t trust them…..and it is life and property he must protect,  therefore he activated the National Guard.  The organized agitators accuse the Governor of starting a war, with the show of that nasty word militarization.   Really, what they want is a free gallop through the streets, looting, burning without interference.  That shows the mentality of what we are dealing with.

Targeting companies, most of which are outside of Ferguson and have absolutely nothing to do with Michael Brown’ s death; is to prove what?   Included on that list are hospitals, children’s hospitals as well.   Targeting these establishments and institutions, especially where people are being cared for, with the threat of violence, that most certainly will start a war.   Law enforcement and Guard members will be the least of the rioters concern.  There is a population out there that will not put up with that and just stand by.

Once again, those stirring the pot over the flame are racial agitators from outside Ferguson, some from out-of-state.   Their interest is to create further division between the races, to start a war.   We are very close to having just that.  There may be some short-term benefits that come out of this, but the long-term, nothing good will come from violence in our communities.  This is no longer about Ferguson, all this for a scapegoat and vengeance.

GRAND JURY DECISION & REPERCUSSIONS

Wednesday, November 12, 2014, the Grand Jury meets today in St. Louis County. Twelve St. Louis County citizens have been sitting on the Grand Jury viewing evidence and hearing testimony from witnesses and those involved in the Officer Darren Wilson killing of Michael Brown in Ferguson in early August.   The Juries decision has been anticipated for days now, and locals are betting on exoneration.  Those demanding a different outcome from the Jury are supplying up with bricks, molotov cocktails, you name it, as the rioters from the summer have promised a war unlike anything St. Louis has ever seen.  That threat, should not influence the Jury from making the right decision based on what they have seen and heard.   I am confident they will make the right decision.

The public does not have access to the facts, the evidence and testimony presented to the Jury; but yet adamant protesters and rioters can pass judgement.  The jury will pass judgement based on the facts presented, protesters on a biased opinion of an outcome they are demanding.   For much of the summer they marched chanting for justice.  That’s not justice.

You want police brutality, harassment, profiling, especially between the races stopped?  Rioting, vandalism, arson and assault on police officers or anyone will not help your cause.   If you are true to your cause, protest peacefully if you must, it is your right.   Breaking the law especially with violence will only set you back.  It will not improve racial relations not only with law enforcement, but the entire community.

The Grand Jury decision will place Ferguson and the St. Louis region back in the national, possibly world spot light once again.   What kind of impression do we want on display.   Our behavior, our actions can be positive; but if there is rioting as before, the repercussions will last for a long time.   We will be looked upon as a dangerous region, too dangerous to live, to visit, to even pass through.   Who would want to come here,  if they have to come in fear?   The economy in the area could suffer, jobs could be laid off or lost.   Businesses were hurt and some went out of business in Ferguson from the first round.   Hopefully that is the only round.   We can not let this happen, and we don’t want anyone else hurt or killed.

Behavior is learned and our children are watching us.

GRAND JURY WILL GET IT RIGHT

The Grand Jury has been meeting for several weeks on the Michael Brown killing by Ferguson police officer Darren Wilson.   A decision is expected by next weekend according to County Prosecutor Robert P. McCulloch.

Why I believe the Grand Jury in St. Louis County will get it right:  I mentally placed myself on that Grand Jury.   Knowing that the protesters, blacks in particular, want Wilson convicted and to serve a life sentence, possibly even executed; I asked myself, what would I do?   I would do the right thing, regardless of the pressure from the public to indict.  After listening to witnesses and reviewing all evidence of the event; if the evidence points to self-defense by Wilson, my decision would be not to indict.   You may think that is the obvious decision; but protesters believe you should give them what they demand, right or wrong.  Their threats are to intimidate the Jury into giving them what they want.  Some believe a Jury  would indict Wilson just to save us from the riots and violence that would follow if not indicted.   I have more faith and confidence in the Jury then that.   I do not believe this Grand Jury will send Darren Wilson to trial, possibly to prison if he defended himself,  innocent of murder.   I wouldn’t, I would not want that on my conscience, living with it for the rest of my life just to appease a vengent public, I don’t believe this Grand Jury wants that either.    I want to make the right decision, one I will not have to answer to my Creator.

On the other hand, if the evidence is without a doubt pointing towards guilt of Darren Wilson, I would vote to indict.   He would deserve his fate.   I would not want a guilty man walking free.  That too would lie on my conscience to do the right thing.

It is good we do not know the names of the Grand Jury members.   Repercussions could flow towards them from either side of either decision.  That should make the right decision more comfortable for the Jury.   Regardless, it’s a decision that will always be with them.

ST. LOUIS PREPARING TO EXPLODE

Featured Image -- 1480

Good morning…..Saturday, November 8, 2014.

Rumors have surfaced this week that the Grand Jury decision will be announced this weekend on whether Officer Darren Wilson will be indicted on a murder charge of Michael Brown in Ferguson back in August.

Speculation and a lot of guess-work leans towards no indictment.  Why is that?   Protesters are amping up because they anticipate the Jury will not indict Darren Wilson.  There were possible jury leaks  there was not enough evidence to charge Wilson.  It may also be that the public and that includes protesters, believe Wilson may have defended himself against an aggressive attack by Brown.  Protesters don’t want to protest, they want to riot and they want a 48 hour notice so they can gather their troops.   That demand shows you the ridiculous mentality of the rioters to be.  They will not accept a no indictment decision, they want someone to be punished right or wrong.   They are looking for that excuse, egged on by the race baiters to riot, not protest, riot.  They do not care that Darren Wilson may actually be innocent of murder.   They want a white cop to pay, regardless.   The rioting won’t be limited to Ferguson, it will be widespread throughout St. Louis.  The protesters, agitators, troublemakers and rioters have pledged a major war.   Watch out they may get what they ask.

As it has been from the very beginning of this event between Brown and Wilson, there have been rumors, guessing, lies and accusations prior to any proof that this was a murder.  Nothing seems to have changed, rumors control the day.

Tension grows as the decision moment moves closer; maybe even some paranoia.   Businesses downtown St. Louis are cautioning employees against widespread trouble brewing.   Some have 800 hotlines to call Monday morning before coming to work, to see if you can even arrive safely or if the business will open.   It is like a City held hostage.

Here is my opinion, I am not saying this is true, just that it is my take on what may be happening:  I believe the Grand Jury has made their decision.   I believe the announcement of a “no indictment” has been delayed to prepare law enforcement and the National Guard to position and equip themselves against the rioters.   Of course, just as I write that, Channel 5 news announced they reached out to St. Louis County Prosecutor Robert P. McCulloch who stated the Jury is still hearing evidence/witnesses and a decision will not be announced until next weekend.

More time for everyone!  Maybe they are waiting for cold weather.

A WORKING MOM: TAKING CARE OF HER CHILDREN

peace5divider

This past Wednesday evening while I was waiting for the Metro Link blue line train I was reading an article in the St. Louis Post-Dispatch about the autopsy of Michael Brown.  The same page of the paper shared an article of Officer Darren Wilson’s accounting of the shooting.  I was buried in the story when a soft female voice ask “So what are they saying today?”  I hadn’t even realized someone had set down beside me on the granite bench.

I looked up, turned slightly to face a young female black lady between the age of 27 to 32.  “I was just reading about the autopsy”, I said, not having to say “who’s”.   I had the paper open wide enough she could see the headlines.   I wasn’t sure how she would respond, and waiting for the train, she could have been from or near Ferguson.  She did not share an opinion, nor did I.   She then said without any hesitation, “I don’t even watch the news anymore.  I just want to go to work, go home and take care of my children.”  I ask the young lady where she was from, “St. Louis, but I grew up in St. Charles.”  For those of you not familiar with our area, St. Charles is a suburb west of St. Louis.   I told her I really liked St. Charles, she smiled and said “I do too and miss living there.”   I told her I lived in Fenton (another suburb, south-west of St. Louis).   “I have thought of moving to Fenton someday” she said…….”It’s quieter”.

Our conversation, while it only lasted about five minutes, left an impression on me.  I thought about her comment……”I just want to go to work, go home and take care of my children.”   I thought about her words for a while, with a slight grin I must admit.   She too has grown tired of all the noise, wants to take care of her family in peace.  I enjoyed our short chat.

MICHAEL BROWN RIOT RUMORS INTENSIFY

Ferguson protesters, rioters, arsonists, trespassers and racist are turning up their threats for an all out war if they don’t get their way,  thanks to a New York Times story that indicated officer Darren Wilson was assaulted in his patrol car, had a struggle over his gun, which was fired hitting M. Brown in the arm.  A 2nd shot from the vehicle apparently missed.

My oh my, Browns blood (DNA) was found on the officer’s gun  according to the FBI investigation.   Officer Wilson is also believed to have stated the same to confirm these findings in addition to his face being scratched and an eye struck from Brown in a struggle in the officer’s car.   Officer Wilson felt threatened and defended himself.  Now seriously you all, don’t you think the police and the hospital took photographs of the officer upon entry into the hospital.  You damn right they did, and the Grand Jury has seen these photos.   Officer Wilson was attacked.   He didn’t wake up that Saturday morning and say to himself, “I think I will just go out and shoot a black 18-year-old in Ferguson today. ”

Michael Brown had no right attaching a police officer.  The smart thing to do, if he had done it, would have been to do as the officer ask.   If he had, Michael Brown would still be alive.

Michael Brown is dead.  I feel bad for his family, it is difficult for a mother and a father to see a child die before them.   I only pray that never happens with my children or grandchildren.   I can not imagine the pain.   However, all the protesting, ranting, vandalism and rioting to possibly come are not going to bring this young man back.  I could say young black man, because everyone wants to make this racial, it’s because he is black.  It is not, he was a young man who made poor judgement.   If this were my son, or grandson I would be angry as well, that is a natural reaction from a loved one. However, I would like to have the opportunity to ask my son, what the hell were you thinking?    Look where bullying has gotten you.

Darren Wilson had every right, a right we all have to defend himself.   If I had been in Darren Wilson’s shoes that day, if a man nearly twice my size attacked me, I would have responded the same way.   It matters not, how many shots were fired or hit, you defend yourself with all means until the threat is gone. But now, Ferguson is gearing up, because they may not get the outcome they want.   Even state representatives have been and are stirring the pot.  From the protesters, you haven’t seen anything yet; it will get ugly.   Well, Ferguson, if you are true to your community, are  you going to further trash it or are you going to defend it?  How many morons from outside your community are going to trash your home city?  They are only there because they  are set  upon a racial war.    They are there for themselves, not what is good for the community.   It is unfortunate that the black and white community has not taken this opportunity to draw closer.    Violence, does not draw sympathy.   The protesters have done a disservice to their cause by siding with those that have not respected the law or the rights of all others within their own community.

There are differences between us, however, there will never be an understanding until we treat each other in a civil manner.   Breaking windows, yelling f__k the cops, ranting and raving at one another  SOLVES NOTHING.

Racial issues?  I guarantee you, blacks and whites alike have an equal amount of bitches as the other.   You don’t think so, pick a subject whitey, I can match it with a black gripe.   Black guy, want to scream about inequality, I guarantee you, I can give you an example where your skin color gave you an advantage over me.  Yeah, you want to know how many times I could have yelled reverse discrimination?  But, lets not go there.  My point is, instead of fighting each other we should be working together.    Together, once Obama is out-of-the-way, we can do great things.  Rather than complaining about who has what,  lets work together so that we all can live comfortable, respectable harmonious lives.  We might actually find a little love.
