I think we should have become more independent on every aspect of our lives here in America long ago. That really was the purpose/theme of our nation from the beginning. We broke away from (Revolutionary War) from Great Britain for INDEPENDENCE. Being dependent on any other nation makes us weaker. A nation like China will only try to place us below them….. and what they sell or trade us will only be inferior to what we are capable of producing. Especially important, medication and technology.
