COLLUSION TO CONVICT

While convening an “impartial” Grand Jury in any investigation – especially one with so little credible evidence – is largely a procedural issue to request documents or solicit testimony, it is still a convenient political tool of public manipulation. Despite the remarkable feat Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton have endured no such invasive inquiry, a […]

THE DOJ WILL NOT BRING FEDERAL CIVIL CHARGES AGAINST DARREN WILSON

So, no Grand Jury indictment, no federal civil charges.   Evidence did not support the protester’s demand for an arrest of Darren Wilson nor Al Sharpton’s cry for civil charges.   Might the real law breakers in Ferguson beginning back in last August be Michael Brown, the looters, the arsonists, rioters and racial baiters like Al  Sharpton, for instigating violence.

Story below by Brian Hayes.

Office Darren Wilson just let go a big sigh of relief — and the “Reverend” Al Sharpton is about to burst a blood vessel.

We just found out that Wilson will NOT be charged with Federal civil rights violations, in the shooting death of Michael Brown — a huge shock to leftist protesters.

The Washington Times reported:

The Justice Department will not bring any civil rights charges against Darren Wilson, the White police officer involved in the death of a Black teenager, the New York Times reported Wednesday.

Mr. Wilson was exonerated by a grand jury last year of any charges in the altercation that led to the death of Michael Brown in Ferguson, Missouri.

The announcement sent off waves of protests and riots, with accusations that the local prosecutor’s office had deliberately led the grand jury to return a “no bill” that didn’t file any charges against the officer.

Many civil rights advocates had pinned their hopes on the Justice Department’s own investigation, saying they wanted the agency to file some kind of charge against Mr. Wilson, who has since resigned from the Ferguson police force.

(But) The Times reported that federal prosecutors are drafting a memo that recommends no action be taken against Mr. Wilson.

So will this finally make Al Sharpton shut up, and see the end of the “Hands Up, Don’t Shoot” protesters, rioters and arsonists who burnt nearly 20% of Ferguson to the ground last year?

Not likely. The Left is absolutely furious already, and will rant and rave for weeks over what they are calling Obama and Holder’s “surrender” in the face of overwhelming evidence supporting Wilson’s side.

STL RAMS SUPPORT PROTESTERS PRIOR TO GAME

Featured Image

As a St. Louis Rams season ticket holder I was in attendance for Sundays game against the Oakland Raiders.   I did not learn of the five player’s “hands-up don’t shoot” gesture in support of protesters and rioters in the Michael Brown Worldwide Spectacle until well after the game.  I was not paying attention to the beginning of the introductions when they came on the field, I only saw them shortly after they had dropped their arms.   I know their hands were up, the photo is proof.  To the five players, gentlemen, what proof do you have that Michael Brown had his arms raised?  You have none!   The evidence presented to the Grand Jury indicated Michael Brown’s arms were not up.

Whether you agree with the Grand Jury decision or not; for the Rams players to demonstrate their support of the protesters was highly inappropriate as they were introduced before a crowd of fans.  The players are representatives of their team, the Rams organization.   They were at their place of employment, they were on the job, they were there to play football.   Are the fans to assume the Rams organization supports the position of the protesters?   They had five representatives making a statement.  If it is their personal feelings and expression, they should do it on their own time, not company time.  It was inappropriate and insulting to the police and security at the game.

Had I seen this demonstration, I would have walked out of the game, before it even started.

BRIAN WILLIAMS, JUST THE FACTS PLEASE

Brian Williams shortly before breaking to Obama’s two cents of camera time, stated “the Grand Jury “failed”  to indict Darren Wilson.  They FAILED?   Brian, were you also looking for an indictment, and you didn’t get it, so the Jury failed?

It is not the Grand Jury’s job to come up with a decision that is  “successful” if it only comes up with an indictment or a decision that a specific group wants.  It was Brian William’s job/responsibility to report what the decision was not whether it was right or wrong in his opinion.   The Grand Jury made a decision based on the evidence it had…..the rest of us did not have that information, until now.

The Grand Jury is successful when it comes up with a decision based on the evidence, whether it was an indictment or a decision not to indict.  Period!

This is a good example of the mainstream media manipulating and influencing public opinion.  This isn’t the first time Williams has reported the way he wants you to hear the story, the Brian Williams Twist.

PROTEST OBAMA’S IMMIGRATION PLAN????

Obama is proving he is bigger than Congress.  Why are so many of them afraid of the skinny ass twerp?   They could stand up to him, but they don’t.    You are either against something or you are for it.   You are either with someone or you are not.   Congress has done nothing to indicate they are for We the People, so they must be against us…..they are not against Obama, or they would stop his foolishness.

Tonight, Obama will announce his immigration package; but it will not be aired on the major networks.   You can bet, when the announcement comes on the Grand Jury decision in Missouri, all the networks will be in full coverage if all hell breaks loose as the media has waited by in anticipation and hope.

It’s a bit puzzling……….sort of, Obama loves chaos, you would think he would want HIS DECISION on immigration going national; or maybe some of the powers that be are afraid of what will turn out on the streets after the Obama announcement.

GRAND JURY HAS IT’S DECISION…..WE THINK!

It’s difficult to nearly impossible to receive any solid information from public servants, the powers that be in Missouri these days.  Nobody wants to commit or make any announcement when the announcement will take place.   The pre-announcement is important, if not anticipated as the protesters demanded a 48 hour notice on the long expected Grand Jury Decision (known as the “Decision”).   If it is one thing we have learned,  our elected officials in the grand  scheme of things here in the “Show Me State” will negotiate with terrorists……..especially St. Louis mayor SLAY!

Word on the street in the County Seat of Clayton is  the Grand Jury has completed their duties.   Rumor on those same streets is the “Announcement” may come as early as tomorrow/Friday.   That’s plenty of time for the protesters, potential rioters to line up.

The “Show Me State” St. Louis sector is about to go back on the national stage.  This show has been hyped greater than any violent movie advertised out of Hollywood.

Hopefully this stays G rated for family viewing.

GRAND JURY DECISION & REPERCUSSIONS

Wednesday, November 12, 2014, the Grand Jury meets today in St. Louis County. Twelve St. Louis County citizens have been sitting on the Grand Jury viewing evidence and hearing testimony from witnesses and those involved in the Officer Darren Wilson killing of Michael Brown in Ferguson in early August.   The Juries decision has been anticipated for days now, and locals are betting on exoneration.  Those demanding a different outcome from the Jury are supplying up with bricks, molotov cocktails, you name it, as the rioters from the summer have promised a war unlike anything St. Louis has ever seen.  That threat, should not influence the Jury from making the right decision based on what they have seen and heard.   I am confident they will make the right decision.

The public does not have access to the facts, the evidence and testimony presented to the Jury; but yet adamant protesters and rioters can pass judgement.  The jury will pass judgement based on the facts presented, protesters on a biased opinion of an outcome they are demanding.   For much of the summer they marched chanting for justice.  That’s not justice.

You want police brutality, harassment, profiling, especially between the races stopped?  Rioting, vandalism, arson and assault on police officers or anyone will not help your cause.   If you are true to your cause, protest peacefully if you must, it is your right.   Breaking the law especially with violence will only set you back.  It will not improve racial relations not only with law enforcement, but the entire community.

The Grand Jury decision will place Ferguson and the St. Louis region back in the national, possibly world spot light once again.   What kind of impression do we want on display.   Our behavior, our actions can be positive; but if there is rioting as before, the repercussions will last for a long time.   We will be looked upon as a dangerous region, too dangerous to live, to visit, to even pass through.   Who would want to come here,  if they have to come in fear?   The economy in the area could suffer, jobs could be laid off or lost.   Businesses were hurt and some went out of business in Ferguson from the first round.   Hopefully that is the only round.   We can not let this happen, and we don’t want anyone else hurt or killed.

Behavior is learned and our children are watching us.

GRAND JURY WILL GET IT RIGHT

The Grand Jury has been meeting for several weeks on the Michael Brown killing by Ferguson police officer Darren Wilson.   A decision is expected by next weekend according to County Prosecutor Robert P. McCulloch.

Why I believe the Grand Jury in St. Louis County will get it right:  I mentally placed myself on that Grand Jury.   Knowing that the protesters, blacks in particular, want Wilson convicted and to serve a life sentence, possibly even executed; I asked myself, what would I do?   I would do the right thing, regardless of the pressure from the public to indict.  After listening to witnesses and reviewing all evidence of the event; if the evidence points to self-defense by Wilson, my decision would be not to indict.   You may think that is the obvious decision; but protesters believe you should give them what they demand, right or wrong.  Their threats are to intimidate the Jury into giving them what they want.  Some believe a Jury  would indict Wilson just to save us from the riots and violence that would follow if not indicted.   I have more faith and confidence in the Jury then that.   I do not believe this Grand Jury will send Darren Wilson to trial, possibly to prison if he defended himself,  innocent of murder.   I wouldn’t, I would not want that on my conscience, living with it for the rest of my life just to appease a vengent public, I don’t believe this Grand Jury wants that either.    I want to make the right decision, one I will not have to answer to my Creator.

On the other hand, if the evidence is without a doubt pointing towards guilt of Darren Wilson, I would vote to indict.   He would deserve his fate.   I would not want a guilty man walking free.  That too would lie on my conscience to do the right thing.

It is good we do not know the names of the Grand Jury members.   Repercussions could flow towards them from either side of either decision.  That should make the right decision more comfortable for the Jury.   Regardless, it’s a decision that will always be with them.
