Quartz is a global business digital news publication, highly favoring a global economy.   Britain’s exit from the EU contradicts everything globalists and liberal media stand for.   Britain breaking away, independence……that’s not ideal for globalists.   The comment “It appears that perhaps a substantial number of Leave voters did not fully understand what it was they were voting for.”   Who does that sound like?  Hillary Clinton……to paraphrase in my own words.. ‘We have to make the decisions, the common, middle and lower class scum bags aren’t capable of making decisions…..don’t know what they are doing.’    Wow….I’d say the people in Britain, knew exactly what they were doing.  They’d rather go solo than follow the lead of a European Union.   They’ll decide how many refugees they take in, not the EU.
