This is not a surprise; he admitted the fact he hasn’t gotten  guns  out of control of the public as his biggest disappointment.    It will remain a disappointment.   This isn’t a Confederate flag Obama!!

IT IS NOT ABOUT THE FLAG, ANY FLAG!

It doesn’t matter what flags are flying above state and federal legislative buildings!    Whether they both fly together, fly one and remove the other, doesn’t matter which, the problem in this country isn’t “A Flag” or “The Flag”.     It’s the crap flying around below those flags in those legislative buildings.   A more appropriate flag over government buildings would be one with the 3 stooges as its emblem, but they are all stooges.

It is a shame we can’t feel pride in our legislatures like we do our  sports teams.   It’s an even greater shame we make more noise about how offensive a flag from our history is but are silent and accept the worthless representation we get or I should say don’t receive.   Millions of tax payer dollars or being wasted on salaries of individuals that are giving little.  The Confederate flag was not costing you the tax payer anything other than the night lighting.

We can argue for eternity who is offended, is not and who should or should not be over the Confederate flag.   We can also argue for eternity other political correctness issues.   The point is we are not addressing the real problem(s) with the same vigor.

We don’t stand up for or to much these days.   We have truly become sheep and we are being led by hyenas.

GOV. HALEY A POLITICAL CON

 

Gov. Nikki Haley (R-SC) responded to 2016 GOP presidential candidate Donald Trump’s frustration with illegal immigration on Sunday’s “Meet the Press” on NBC. Haley said she understands Trump’s frustration, but she also warned Trump to pump the brakes on his tone because she wants people to communicate in a tone with “respect and dignity.”

Note, “………..she wants people to communicate in a tone with respect and dignity!  Suddenly Gov. Haley is OUR MOTHER!  She now appears to have an opinion on everything.   Could it be the Confederate flag issue was more about political gain than being the “right thing to do’?    Haley was a virtual unknown, now she is a household name.

Real motives may be shining through, and they are political, a political con job.

PUT ALL THAT ENERGY ON THE SIDE OF A RIGHTEOUS CAUSE

So the Civil War never happened?     Take a symbol of our past and throw it in the trash, and it is gone!   How do you educate about the Civil War in an American History class, without the Confederate flag?

State governments plan on stuffing the flag in  museums now, out of sight.  If the flag is so offensive, how is it less offensive in a public museum?   Museums hold items, artifacts of historic interests, specifically for public viewing.    When someone starts complaining they saw a Confederate flag in a museum and “OMG I was offended”; are we then removing it from it’s case or off the wall?

With or without that flag or any flag, this country would still have the violence and murder rate of today.    I will bet the house, the murder rate does not drop when the Confederate flag is out of sight.

There is a lot more that should be and is offensive in this country than a flag that represents part of history, the good and the bad.

If we put a fraction of our energy into the offenses of Obama and our government as those bitching about the Confederate flag?  Now that I would stand behind and along side you.

WILL THE STARS AND STRIPES COME DOWN NEXT?

 

This post is not that lesson.

I know this is a topic many people are talking and writing about.   Wow, wasn’t that quick…….. we stopped discussing the fact that a white complete moron, jackass, oh yes a thug, there I said it, walked into a mostly black church in Charleston, S.C. and killed nine of our fellow countrymen (to include women).  Instead the focus has now moved to the Flag of the Confederacy.   That flag didn’t pull the trigger on those people.   The punk never walked into that church waving a Confederate flag.  He certainly did not run out waving one either.   Yes, there are photos out there of him holding a Confederate flag once, so to some the Confederate flag becomes a symbol of hate.  There are jerks like this that will twist what something once stood for into something evil, normally by some jackass like this that never understood the purpose of the Confederate flag to begin with.    It was the symbol that united the Confederate States together, just as the Stars and Stripes did for the North and our nation today.

There was a separation of the States, the South vs. the North brought on by political and social differences.  I know it goes much deeper than that, but I am not getting into that here, besides I am not a history major, and how much has been inaccurately written.  That is another story.    How many states even today have talked of secession because they don’t like the way our government operates and where we are headed, from political and social differences.

The governor of South Carolina is calling for the Confederate flag to be taken down from the State buildings, offices etc.    She said, “The Confederate flag was a part of the state’s history, the past, but it is not the future.”  She is half right………history, history that should continue to be taught, and taught accurately, and that flag is a part of that history.   It will take a session of the South Carolina Legislature to remove the flag.

Wal-Mart has announced it will take all Confederate merchandise from its shelves.   Really?   The almighty Wal-Mart?   We’re going to make a political statement Wal-Mart?   The patriotic Wal-Mart?   The same Wal-Mart that sells mostly products from China and other nations.   They have done as much to contribute to the destruction of  American manufacturing as any company in the U.S.

How many men and women have died under the Stars and Stripes?   How many wars, unpopular and highly protested where fought under those same Stars and Stripes and thousands were killed, both American and foreign?   Are we going to take down the Stars and Stripes next?    Will Jade Helm go door to door and remove your Confederate flag and the flag that still represents that of the United States of America?   The problem isn’t a flag, it is attitude, social attitude that is destroying this country and the government and media continue to toss gas on the fire.

This continues to be the way our government deals with issues, by focusing on another agenda, not dealing with the real problem; such as improving racial division.   Instead you have the race baiters further dividing us, the same ones we saw last summer in Ferguson, Obama, Sharpton……..you know the rest of the team.   So, far South Carolina has kept Sharpton fairly quiet; or maybe I just haven’t caught his crap yet.
