st. louis prosecutor kim gardner has gun seized

Friday night (around 8:00 PM Central Time) a search warrant was executed by St. Louis police officers at the home of the McCloskey’s, the couple that defended their property a week ago in the Central West End (St. Louis). The purpose of the search was to confiscate the rifle Mr. McCloskey showed after protesters broke through the gate to this gated community. Mr. McCloskey did not fire his weapon, nor did he take it off his own property.

The Circuit Attorney of St. Louis, Kim Gardner authorized the search warrant. This is the same prosecutor that a few weeks ago released looters and vandals the following day after being arrested. In the past, Gardner has been criticized for her politically motivated actions. Apparently she is staying true to her character. The McCloskey’s did nothing wrong, they have a right to protect their property. For weeks/months they have seen protests turn violent and property destroyed. They trashed a gate to get into this community. It is understandable the McCloskey’s could not trust the protesters to remain peaceful, they demonstrated they would not, and they threatened the couple’s lives.

The rifle was confiscated. The handgun according to the McCloskey’s was in the possession of their lawyer.

RIOTING IN THE CENTRAL WEST END – ST. LOUIS

Activists, instigating clergy, Black Lives Matter, snowflakes, political correct did not get the verdict they were “demanding” in the Jason Stockley murder trial.   The judge declared the prosecution (a black female prosecutor) did not prove that Stockley did not act out of self-defense when he killed Anthony Lamar Smith.

The protest turned violent later in the evening after it moved west of downtown to the Central West End.   The Central West End is a business district, with night-life and middle to upper class neighborhoods.  Barnes-Jewish Hospital and St. Louis Children’s Hospital run along Kingshighway on the edge of the CWE.

Thugs with the excuse of wanting to hurt the economy of St. Louis and especially a predominately white business area chose the CWE to begin the vandalism.   The St. Louis mayor lives in the CWE.   Her home was vandalized late last evening.  A brilliant act, considering the mayor had expressed empathy and sympathy for the protester’s feelings. But then, these protesters that vandalize are not the most intelligent of those on the streets.   They are not protesters but simply rioters.  Those that knocked out windows of the Culpepper’s CWE were just lawbreakers, punks, once again looking for any reason to show their filthy asses.   The public library in the CWE was also vandalized.   Windows were knocked out, rioters entered and flipped books off the shelves.  The library is probably a place non of these rioters had ever previously visited or used.  Their stupidity proves as much.

OFFICER SHOT IN CENTRAL WEST END, STL

St. Louis Police Chief Sam Dotson reports that an uniformed officer on the force for 16 years was ambushed by four individuals while sitting in his personal car in the  Central West End.  A silver or gray new model Ford Taurus/or Focus approached the officers vehicle.  A man wearing a bandana over his face got out of the passenger side and opened fire on the officer, hitting him in the upper torso.  The officer was wearing a bullet proof vest.   The officer was not seriously hurt and is expected to be released from the hospital this morning.

The officer was hired by local businesses.   He was observing a couple of individuals walking when they were joined by a third man, then a forth.   They all got in the silver/gray vehicle then pulled up directly in front of the officer’s vehicle, and opened fire.

The four cop assassins were not Mexicans.   Good ole St. Louisan’s.
