Interesting that Libya (where Hillary’s problems began because SHE was the one that pushed for the ouster of Moammar Gadhafi’s ouster) has increased the number of ISIS fighters from 2,500 to 5,000 in the last six months. It’s now been defined by one of the leading generals as a “failed state”. So much for The Clinton Doctrine!
