KING OBAMA LIKE A BLOOD SUCKING TICK

O'DuceObama

Here is a fact sheet from the FCC on “Net Neutrality”.     This is a very brief and vague explanation of King Obama’s plan to regulate freedom of speech.  This is more government where it does not belong.  Obama’s 332-page internet regulation plan is similar to Obamacare, we won’t know what it includes until it is poured on us.

This is the command of a tyrant.   When are we going to put a stop to this maniac?    What is stated in this FACT SHEET is not as vital as what is not being said, that is included in the 332-page plan.

Our freedoms and rights are being eliminated while we sleep!

FACT SHEET: PRESIDENT OBAMA’S PLAN TO REGULATE THE INTERNET

On February 5, 2015, Chairman Wheeler circulated to his fellow Commissioners President
Obama’s 332-page plan to regulate the Internet. Here are some key aspects of that plan:
Through broad and vague rules, President Obama’s plan gives the FCC the power to

micromanage virtually every aspect of how the Internet works.
o Instead of allowing the American people to choose the broadband service plan that is best for
them, the President’s plan places that decision in the hands of a Washington bureaucracy.
o The plan curtails the ability of broadband providers to offer innovative service plans. For
example, the rules jeopardize the future of T-Mobile’s Music Freedom program.
o The plan also explicitly calls into question usage-based pricing. This means that broadband
subscribers who use less data could end up subsidizing subscribers who use more data.
President Obama’s plan opens the door to billions of dollars of new taxes on broadband.

o Following a transition period, the plan contemplates adding assorted regulatory taxes to
Americans’ broadband bills, including fees to support the multi-billion-dollar Universal
Service Fund and the Telecommunications Relay Service Fund.
o These taxes will increase the prices American consumers will have to pay for broadband.
President Obama’s plan contains rate regulation.

o All rates charged by broadband providers will be subject to FCC regulation. Specifically,
they must be “just and reasonable” pursuant to section 201 of the Communications Act. The
plan does not forbear from any aspect of this statutory provision.
o This requirement will apply both to retail rates for consumers and interconnection rates for
edge providers. It will embroil the Commission in an endless series of disputes that the
agency is ill-suited to resolve.
President Obama’s plan will steadily increase regulation over time.

o The plan does not safeguard the Internet from additional regulations. Instead, it takes what it
describes as an incremental approach to imposing those new regulations.
o Some of the plan’s new Internet regulations will go into effect immediately. Others will not
take effect at this time or for now, making clear that the President’s plan contemplates even
more rules in the future. This undermines regulatory certainty and will leave consumers
poorer, step by step.
President Obama’s plan will be a boon to trial lawyers and will lead to more litigation.

o The plan allows trial lawyers to file everything from individual lawsuits to sprawling class
actions against broadband providers for any practices or charges they believe to be
unreasonable.
o These litigation costs, including attorneys’ fees, will be passed on to consumers in the form of
higher prices.

President Obama’s plan will reduce competition and decrease consumer choice.

o The plan imposes a host of new regulations on broadband providers. The costs of these
regulations will hit smaller broadband providers the hardest and push them out of the market.
For example, many of them will face higher pole attachment rates.
o The plan implements Title II public-utility regulation that was designed for a monopoly. A
one-size-fits-all regulatory framework intended to regulate a monopoly will push the
broadband market in that very direction.
President Obama’s plan will slow broadband speeds for American consumers and the

deployment of high-speed broadband.
o The plan contains a bevy of new regulations that will depress investment in broadband
networks. That will mean slower broadband speeds for American consumers. It will also
mean that many rural Americans will have to wait longer for access to quality broadband.
o Public-utility regulation has been shown to decrease infrastructure investment. In the United
States, where we have embraced a light-touch regulatory framework, there has been far more
investment per capita in broadband than there has been in Europe, which has embraced a
public utility model.

Say Goodbye To The Internet As You Knew It. Cost To Soar. Blogs And Political Speech To Be Regulated.

Barack Obama is a POS

OBAMAInterNetControl

The FCC AND the FEC announce their tag-team plans to takeover and control the internet, designed to silence critics of the Ruling Class Oligarchy in D.C.  Information will be regulated.  Blogs and political forums will be shut down, cost to get online to skyrocket.

Remember when the Marxist/Liberals/Fascists in America decided that the world’s best healthcare system was broken and needed to be fixed?  That it was unfair and cost too much and needed to be made available for “everyone” at taxpayer expense?

We got ObamaCare as a result.  An unConstitutional behemoth of Statism drafted in secret and passed in the middle of the night without a single Republican vote that the regime keeps rewriting as it sees fit while making healthcare unaffordable for most Americans.

Well, the same tyrants are about to do the same exact thing to the internet.  “If you like your internet you can keep your internet”is already…

Staff Report

FRISCO — Politicians are once again meddling with wolf conservation in a process that never ends well for the animals. Last week, Republican lawmakers from Wisconsin, Wyoming and Minnesota introduced House legislation that would remove federal protection from gray wolves in Wyoming and the western Great Lakes states.

Already under political pressure, the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service ended protections for gray wolves in Minnesota, Wisconsin and Michigan in 2011 and in Wyoming in 2012. Federal judges overturned both decisions for failing to follow the best science and for prematurely turning management over to state fish and game agencies hostile to wolves.

Hillary Adviser John Podesta Wants UFO Disclosure, Not So Much on Other Topics

This pretty typical of how many individuals in government believe they know what best for We the People, withholding information, they determine whether we can handle it or not. Nothing but A-holes.

E. Williams's avatarThe Barbed Wire

WASHINGTON D.C. (The Barbed Wire) – Outgoing Obama adviser, John Podesta, says his greatest regret about 2014 is not giving the American people the truth about UFO’s. “I believe the American public is ready to handle the truth. They deserve that, and we ought to give it to them because after numerous Freedom of Information requests, it’s the law.”

But Podesta’s sudden bout with disclosing the truth ends there. When asked about the mystery that’s even bigger than whether UFO’s exist or not, President Obama’s college transcripts, the White House insider said some things are better left unsaid. “No, I think that is a subject that needs to stay hidden for about another fifty years or so.”

When asked about whether the public had a right to know what really happened in the White House on the night of the Benghazi attack in 2012, Podesta replied, “Absolutely not.” When asked…

OBAMACARE PROCESSING CENTER, THEY HAVE NO WORK!

Serco won the 1.2 billion dollar contract contest with the federal Center of Medicare and Medicaid as the ObamaCare application processing center in Wenstville, Missouri.   The facility employs approximately 1,400 with various positions from data entry to shift supervisors and managers.

Nearly a year ago, when the center was well up and running, well may be overstating it,  KMOV News 4 in St. Louis learned the employees spent nearly their entire day playing board games; little to no work!  Your tax dollars wasted……..nothing to show.

One year later, investigative reporter Chris Nagus of KMOV interviewed employees, which included a manager at Serco only to find that nothing has changed, and may be worse.

One manager stated employees have a difficult time staying awake.   They are bored, nothing to do.  Some data entry workers may go the entire week without a single application processed.  They play board games during extended breaks.   They are told to tap the refresh key on the computer keyboard every 10 minutes.  Some employees have become so bored and fed up, they just can’t take it anymore and quit.

This apparently is the scene at other processing centers across the country as well.   In addition to Missouri there is Massachusetts, Oregon, Nevada and Maryland.   Sites in Arkansas, Oklahoma and Kentucky are said to employee up to 10,000 employees.    They also have more job openings.

It is our tax dollars flipping the bill on these contracts.   The cost of ObamaCare…….why its better than unemployment benefits.

Serco’s parent company in the United Kingdom is involved in a probe for fraud for over-billing the government for healthcare.  Serco was fined 15 million dollars for mismanagement of asylum detention centers in Australia.

Is this how Obama came up with his jobs creation and lower unemployment numbers……rewarding a company a contract, so they can grossly over hire to sit on their asses all day, while tax payers pay their salaries.   This is your government, we’ll create a worthless job for you. This is ObamaCare!
