Pelosi Undermines US Strategy on ISIS and Troops

OMG………..She is a treasure, that needs to be placed in a chest and dropped to the deepest part of the Atlantic.

House democrat Nancy Pelosi is showing us once more how the left think about radical muslim groups like ISIS.  Earlier this week Pelosi made the following comment about sending ground troops in against ISIS.

“The worse it gets the less reason I think we should send troops.”

Now, the humorous, and political knee jerk reaction the left would take with such a comment is Pelosi is all right with sending in troops if the conditions were better.  And while that may seem ridiculous, it seems to sum up the left’s attitude in combating ISIS.  It is in conflict with chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, General Martin Dempsey who stated troops might be needed.  In response Pelosi said this.

SECURITY AT THE WHITE HOUSE – NO STAND DOWN ORDER GIVEN

White House had a fence-jumper recently, Obama not at home. Playing golf?

Looks like the White House has more security than the consulate in  Benghazi where they had a severally dangerous atmosphere.   With the breach of security by a fence jumper, if the situation turned critical, would the Secret Service have gotten a “STAND-DOWN”   order had they needed to take action and called for help?   I doubt it, the National Guard, Army and anyone in uniform would have shown up with plenty of weapons.

Our embassies and consulates everywhere in the world deserve the same protection/security as we give to the White House.  Every official should be treated with the same respect that the president expects.

Scientific Evidence Proves Ebola Is Airborne and Our Liberian Bound Troops Are Walking Into a Death Trap

Obama knows this, no troops in Iraq/Syria where they have a fighting chance. 3,000 troops to Liberia, where the enemy is unseen and in the air. I’d rather be on the ground in Syria. Barrack Obama is the greatest asinine president/leader? in history.

HOW MUCH DO WE HAVE TO TAKE?

We don’t have to like or respect the President of the United States, but I do respect the office. That said Obama makes it very difficult to even do that…… I despise the jerk. He is an embarrassment to our nation. It says something about a president’s character when he doesn’t attend the funeral of a high ranking officer, Maj. Gen. Greene, only to play golf.

Army Maj. Gen. Harold J. Greene

The photograph, and the following article, are not mine, but I considered both to be worthy of re-publication:

Dr. Susan Myers, center, salutes her late husband, Army Maj. Gen. Harold J. Greene, as his remains are removed from a horse-drawn caisson during his burial service Thursday at Arlington National Cemetery. Her daughter, Amelia, is center left, and son 1st Lt. Neither the President nor the Vice President were present.

The nominal Commander-in-Chief Barack Obama was playing a round at the Vineyard Golf Club with Valerie Jarrett’s cousin, Cyrus Walker, the World Bank president, former President of Dartmouth College Jim Kim, and former lobbyist and ambassador Ron Kirk.

Special Forces on the Ground in Benghazi Issue EPIC Challenge to Democrats: ‘Say It To My Face!’

I want to hear and see them do it as well. These men have risk their lives for their country during a long period of their lives. Rep. Adam Smith and Rep. Adam Schiff as well as Hillary Clinton and Barrack Obama have never, let me repeat, never put their lives on the line for Americans or this country. Who would you want on your side? These two men have more integrity than the 2 representatives and Clinton and Obama combined. Who do believe? I know who I believe.

Two of the men responsible for security at the U.S. consulate in Benghazi, Libya on the night of the attacks issued an epic challenge to liberal Democrats who continue to push the narrative that there was no “stand down” order given.

Kris Paronto and Mark Geist, both former Special Forces operators speaking on behalf of their team, appeared on Fox News’ Sean Hannity show to discuss the tragic chain of events and challenge any Democrat accusing them of lying to “say it to my face.”

“The words stand down were given,” Paronto said.

Hannity asked the two soldiers if the people at the compound asking for help actually said, “If you don’t get here, we are going to die.”

Both men said that it was true, and it was their pleas for help that caused them to disobey direct orders and proceed with a rescue mission anyways. The men also…

SOCIAL SECURITY, WILL IT BE THERE FOR YOU?

Social Security, will it be there for you, will it be there for me?

Don’t wait too long to learn as much as you can about your Social Security.   It could cost you lots of money if you don’t.   You need to find out what you can do to maximize your benefits for retirement.

Last evening I attended a seminar on Social Security with a private consulting firm.  I now consider that time well spent, a smart investment if you will.   It only cost me 1.5 hours of my time.

I learned from the seminar some facts, information significant in helping me make the decision when I should retire and when I should not.

I am 62 years young.  Baby boomers born between 1943 thru 1954 can collect full benefits at the age of 66.   I also learned that those born within this same period will not be affected by Social Security reform.   However, if I wanted to retire and apply (file seems like the right word here) for benefits earlier than the age of 66, I learned what percentage of the full benefit I would receive.   This is the key factor, obviously, in deciding when to retire.   Here are the breakdowns at each age beginning with 62:

62       I would receive 75%                                                                                               63                                          80%                                                                                               64                                          86.7%                                                                                           65                                          93.3%                                                                                           66                                        100%

Every year you delay applying for your S.S. benefits you earn delayed credits.

at 67  I would receive 108%                                                                                                70                                      132%

One important point: If you retire and draw your benefits early, say at 62, you stay at 75% for life.   When you reach 66, the benefit does not go up to 100%, it remains at 75%.

The figures above work for those of us born between 1943 to 1954.    Doesn’t look like I will be retiring anytime soon, unless I win the Powerball Lottery.   It looks like there is plenty of incentive to wait until 70……….ugh!  I doubt I have the patience to put it off that long.  I have other interests besides working everyday.  There are other factors that will determine when we apply, like our health, other supplemental incomes, etc.

I would encourage you, if you haven’t already, to attend a seminar.   Each of us have different situations.   The seminars touch on much more than I have mentioned here.   They will give you tips on other points or ways you can increase your benefit.   When you just walk into the S.S. office to apply, they are not going to share these tips like a private consulting firm will.   The sooner you learn how to take more advantage the better off you will be.   Its your retirement, your future.  I am not a financial planner or a consultant for that matter.   I wanted to share with you what I learned.   You may already know what I mentioned here, but there is still much more for you to learn.

I knew a little prior to this meeting, but there was a lot I did not know.   I already feel better prepared, more comfortable on what to do  when that age approaches.   So will you.

Generals skewer Obama for ‘control’ of airstrikes… ~ “Vallely believes Obama should resign. “He has no capability of leading this country at this time,” he said. ‘No clue what to hit’ Vallely, who was deputy commanding general of U.S. Pacific………….”

THAT IS WHAT A DICTATOR DOES ……….CONTROLS AND MANAGES EVERYTHING, ESPECIALLY THE MILITARY.
